Working with Technology Gateways – what to expect in the new ‘normal’
The emergence of Covid-19 in Ireland has had a sudden and unforeseen impact on our lives and how we function as a society. Overnight, the doors of businesses, schools and colleges closed in order to protect our communities and each other.
For the Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway Network, this saw our teams of Gateway Managers, Business Development staff, Researchers & Engineers move exclusively to remote working. Communicating with new and existing clients through online or teleconference methods. Our Network remained open throughout, assisting our clients with expert technical advice, innovation and funding enquiries, as well as providing access to vital equipment where required. It was however, a sudden departure from the norm and one which may continue in part for some time to come.
Whilst some things may have changed, we can assure you that we are open for business and continue to provide our highest level of expertise and support to assist companies, wherever you may be on your innovation journey. As such we have included below some guidance on what you might expect when working with us in this new ‘normal’.
