MET offers free Innovation Voucher Clinics to companies requiring R&D assistance

Are you currently looking for help or guidance with research and innovation? Perhaps your product , process, or service requires some expertise which is currently outside of your existing R&D capacity. The Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher scheme could provide you with a pathway to solving these problems. 

Companies nationwide now have an opportunity to avail of a range of Innovation Voucher clinics run by MET Technology Gateway.  Based in ATU Galway City, MET provides Irish Industry with a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience in the MedTech, LifeSciences and Engineering sectors. The clinics will run on the 11th and 12th of April online and in person to assist with RD&I challenges experienced by companies.

What is the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher Programme?  

The Innovation Voucher Programme is an ideal opportunity for companies currently looking for help or guidance with research and innovation. By availing of an Innovation Voucher, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with expert regional Knowledge Providers, such as MET on your innovation product or challenge.  

The Innovation Voucher programme is open to all small and medium-sized limited companies registered with the CRO in Ireland. You do not have to be a client of Enterprise Ireland to apply.  

MET Technology Gateway 

MET’s core expertise is in anatomical modelling and physiological replication. They also have expertise in data analytics and the visualisation of clinical data and provide services in design verification technologies, such as materials and product testing, technical reviews, brainstorming, 3D solid works design, rapid prototyping in 3D printing and 4 axis machining. The Gateway also has leading expertise in nutritional science and sports performance and can assist companies in product design and innovation. 

What facilities and technologies are available?   

MET Gateway offers a suite of technologies that are not readily available elsewhere. Based at ATU’s Galway campus, MET offers a range of applied technologies relevant to companies in the product engineering and design application phase.
