The company requested a full technological assessment, from network routing protocols in use through monitoring and management systems that could be improved to benefit the company and ultimately the end user.

The project impacts include improved use of existing infrastructure as well as the ability to capacity plan and forecast future investment requirements. Improved network resiliency and Improved fault detection allowing for pre-emptive maintenance work to be completed, ultimately benefiting the customer experience.
